Ribs and chicken are a great combination for a competition. Try and post some of the rules, it will be easier for folks to offer advice. I'll go first... don't overlook drumsticks. I bet many people will do thighs or wings.
Test cook and box from several years ago. I think a tight putting green of curly parsley would have given the sauce a better background.
