Yeah, can you believe it, coming from the Land of Alder Smoked Salmon?!! I saw a couple of posts about smoked pork necks and thought I'd give them a try, using my Christmas present to myself - two AMZNPS tubes. I'm using the 6-9" expandable tube and it is really putting out the smoke!

Oh, by the way, it took me awhile to find Dog #2 in your pictures, but find him I did. Oscar is a little easier to see.
