I've done this one before, hot carbon steel, avacodo oil, salt and pepper corns. A quick sear and we're off to the dinner races! I did run about a minute long on these, fish kills you with the carryover cooking. The whole pepper corns are essential in my opinion.

Servers with roasted asparagus and topped with a little (alot) of Parmigiano.

Now the killer of the story.... I like mine with a nice mustard :emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing:

Definitely makes excellent tuna salad the next day IF you have leftovers.

Nice. Do you soak those peppercorns in warm water? I do that with green and red peppercorns before decorating salmon or trout. .

Thank you, I do not, I toss them in the pan while it preheats and press the tuna over them for the sear. They turn out toasted and easy to eat.
