A while back someone posted a recipe where you boil turkey or chicken in sea food boil then finish it in the oven(sorry couldn't find it). I thought maybe better to use as a brine. Started with about 6cups of Zaharias sea food boil 1T kosher salt 1t cayenne pepper and 1t of old bay let sit for 6 hrs in brine and injected after a couple of hours.would of done at first in the brine but had to check out the gun show. Wife said on the grill I said smoker so here it is on the grill. Seasoned with spog
