Hello All,

My name is Scott and I'm a beginner here.  I just built a cold smoker out of a fridge.  During the heat of the Florida day the charcoal and wood chips are at 160 degrees F., while the storage locker above is smoking at 80 degrees F.   I plan on smoking lots of meat this winter.  That should drop the temp by 10 degrees minimum this fall and winter.

I love hot and cold smoke foods.

My entire family is looking forward to the member's expertise in this forum.

The best to you for Grilling and Smoking!

Thanks,

Scott

Hello,

I'll certainly post pics of my food.

I'm just learning here.

This past weekend I smoked food and it wasn't that great.

Right now I need to learn more about brine for fish and chicken.

I'll post more later.

Thanks,

Scott
