I found some really meaty beef center ribs at the store and at 2.46 a pound, I could not pass it up. Then they also had large pork butts going for 1.48 a pound and picked one out. Massive rain storm dumped 2 inches on us in 2 hours the other day. Rained again today.....I cannot win....I put the meat in the freezer.

That bites....  I have had the same thing happen, so I went and bought a cheap ($40) ez-up that I put up over my smoker.  I also now use it to keep the sun off of me and my stick burner when I do a long smoke.
