Cooked this up for my folks today, it came out great on the rotisserie. This roast was coated with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and some Island Spice all purpose rub. I used 1/2 pair of the Octoforks to spin it and cooked over some maple splits....took the roast to around 140-145* and it was flooded with juice!
