Save $ on meat Tenderizer ???

So pops {i think) was talking about using a jaccard to tenderize meat.

I think i can do better then buying one on amazon or walmart so l go looking.

Found one. In great shape. No stains and shiny Stainless steel needles and pretty white plastic. No way to take apart like some so must be pretty solid.

Well just for the heck of it i will put in hot water and bleach and let soak over night.

Boy i bet that would make the meat tender all by itself. Jaccard here i come.

By the way does anyone want to buy a meat tenderizer real cheap???

I have one of those and a jaccard, you can't have to many toys. Usually I grab Thor and Beat My Meat.

Seriously I have one like that but without the colorful modifications you have made.  It works ok, but the more expensive ones are better and easier to use.

Careful, tho.  Meat exposed to those is no longer considered intact muscle and will have to be cooked to a higher temp.

I don't even see where the chunks came from. They just leached out from inside the unit. Really helps one control appetite.
