Hi. I just got back from outer banks and while I was down there i purchased Uncooked semi-air dried sausage in link form any ideas for cooking it?

I hear ya, I'm outta the loop, so I don't know, it seems like it must be cured or something, how else could you even bring it home?

it was refrigerated when i bought it i dunno never seen it before

sounds like it needs to be smoked or grilled,maybe you could google the maker
and find out for sure.
