Sausage Sammies (HotAirFryer)

The HotAirFryer has become my favorite way to make Sausages.
Whenever I made Sausage on the Grill, I had trouble getting the inside done, without burning the outside. I used to get them partially done, and then slice them almost in half, and lay the inner side down on the grill to finish.
When I made them in the Frying Pan, they would splatter the whole place up.
However when I make them in the AirFryer, all I do is spread them out in the Basket, and set it for 360° for 15 minutes. Then at 8 minutes, I pull the drawer out & flip them all over. Put it back in & it starts up right where it left off. Then at the end of 15 minutes, they’re Perfectly done, inside & out—No burning & No splatter.

The only other way I ever liked making Great Fresh sausage was with my Showtime Rotisserie, but I’m afraid to use that until I fix it—-The cord gets really hot when I use it.

I used an assortment of condiments, as you will see in the Pics below.

Thanks for stopping by,

Bear

Woo-Hoo!
The Air Fryer rides again!
I need to get more adventurous with ours. My repertoire amounts to chicken, and french fries, so far...

But I'll tell you what, when my little buddy see's me get that thing out, he gets all interested! He knows great chicken comes out of it!

Can't yet though. Still cleaning up weekend left over ribs. o_O

Bear I thought you forgot about the air fryer. You've been using the SV so much lately. We like a our sausage a little crunchy on the outside. Yours look real good.

Point for sure.

LOL---I decided to make them "Open-face", so I sliced the sausages lengthwise and laid them flat on the roll halves.

Thank You Chris!!
Yeah, I mainly use my HotAirFryer for Sausage & Fries, but I'd use it more often if it was bigger, like the 5.3.
However now I kinda wish I didn't have this one, so I could get the newer one they have now.
The new one is bigger & has racks in it, with a lot more room than any of the old ones.
And Thanks for the Like.

(in my best Clark Griswold voice) Is that REAL tomato ketchup?!

Looks great! Yes, fresh sausage on the grill can tough. Lots of guys here do brats simmered several hours in a few beers, butter and onions etc and then a quick sear on the grill when serving. One of the rare times when cooking with beer actually can be tasted. I think it's due to the sausage being fresh.
