Ive looked around and cant find a sausage rack that fits securely on tray slids on my MES40. What do you sausage guys use? I do work with sheet metal and picked up some stainless to make my own but I thought id check before going through the effort.

The first two threads are some of the best Sausage racks for the MES and the third is the most popular mods. Additionally strips of 1" Angle Iron (aluminum) layed between the side racks works well too...JJ
