I threw a sausage party today and everybody loved it. :emoji_laughing:

I stopped by one of my favorite local butcher shops to see what they had in-stock.
Looking around I decided to Go Big *and* Go Home with a nice variety of smoked sausages.
Alligator/Pork, Pork Pineapple Jalapeno, Pork Cheese Jalapeno and Beef.

Mmmm, Mmmm, Grilled Sausages! :emoji_yum:

Sausage looks great , and you're killin me with the red beans and rice . Great meal . I always look for a butcher shop to buy something to grill when we go to Fort Morgan . Never any luck . I did find some nice in house sausage at the Winn Dixie by 180 . Good stuff . I consider Publix a tourist attraction .

Pork Pineapple Jalapeño Sounds awesome. I have to call around and see if I can find some locally.

Thanks man, I'm so stuffed.
A side trip to South Alabama Custom Meats might be in order, but it is luck of the draw as to what they have in-stock or not.
Costco or Publix are my main big box stops for meats.

Man, that sounds good, as kids we raised and ate a LOT of rabbit growing up.
I still get out to shoot a few cottontails each yr, I'll take them over pheasants any day.
Good stuff, can't wait to see what you come up with.
Dan
