A client of ours is a really good butcher and has several recipes that are unique to him. (I'd volunteer to taste test if he needs it). Got some Canadain, eh? sausage which are pork, bacon and maple sysrup. AK Yummy!
Nice. I've been doing quite a bot of grilled sausage recently. Italian for pasta as well as bratwurst, and some hot links. It's all good. Simple but really good.
