Now, this is something to talk about...lol....wife did old grandma recipe....my cold smoked sausages laying on bed of her home made fermented sour cabbage....done in slow cooker over 12 hrs time....
Recipe:
Cut a whole sour cabbage in to small pieces....fry in pork lard and pepper....add some bacon bits and keep frying until cabbage become glossy...transfer to slow cooker, garnish with as much sausages on top as you can, add one beer and cook it slowly over night for 10 to 12 hrs....
