Now, this is something to talk about...lol....wife did old grandma recipe....my cold smoked sausages laying on bed of her home made fermented sour cabbage....done in slow cooker over 12 hrs time....

Recipe:
Cut a whole sour cabbage in to small pieces....fry in sea of pork lard, add some red paprika and pepper to taste....add some home cold smoked bacon cut in pieces and keep frying until cabbage become glossy...transfer to slow cooker, garnish with as much sausages on top as you can, add one beer and cook it slowly over night for 10 to 12 hrs....calories explosion.... have a phone handy to call 911....lol

No worries Sonny, I"m pretty good at math...I have them tall beer can boys case chillin" in my cellar....ain't passes me from cellar to pot without checking on quality control....lol
