3 pound roast just put in marinade.
Red wine, vinegar, water, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, all spice,peppercorns and bay leaves.


Soak until SUNDAY .

Sear, cook and serve with dumplings and kraut

I get the dumplings at the Commissary in the German section.

They come in a box, each dumpling is in its own bag.

After cooking, just cut the bag and they come out perfectly formed.

They come in bread or potato.

Can't remember the brand, will post later.
