Webber kettle… you beautiful beast. Maybe made the spare ribs too tender that I couldn’t even cut them though.

I love my 22" and 18" kettles.
Ribs look good to me. My wife prefers FOTB.
Have you looked into a rib rack?
Did you add any smoking wood on the charcoal basket?
