Saturday smoke with qview

Did 2 great racks of ribs with buffalo turds a little different plus great stuffed mushrooms.

I stuffed the jalapenos with asiago cheese dip and they were great. The stuffed mushrooms we had never tried but will be a recipe that gets smoked many more times.

Now your ribs look great and so do the shrooms too. Now what did you stuff them with?? The japs look good to but in my smoker they get a wrap with some thin an cheap bacon. But you like them your way more power to you.
