And....that's it. Sorry, no pics. after I poured it out into the tray. Everyone was hovering and dove in as soon as the pot basket cleared out of the way....BUT....I did take a picture of my leftover meal tonight. Threw together a scampi.

1/8c. olive oil heated in a pan. Peeled shrimp, the garlic and sliced mushrooms from the boil in the pan. Saute for few minutes to warm the shrimp. Add 1 cup green onion and cook couple minutes. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon, plus 1 tsp. white wine vinegar. little cajun seasoning.....finish with 2 tbsps. butter with heat off. Transfer to bowl once butter has melted and is incorporated to form the sauce. Delicious!

I could eat a lb, maybe a pound and a half of those gulf shrimps. Nice!

I can get them off the boat in Oak Island NC (or rather I could) but there was no comparison to the shrimp from my youth. Those gulf shrimp were already marinated in a little oil (sarcasm!)

Those mushrooms, c'est bon mon ami! TRES bon!
