Not a lot to talk about here because I honestly don't do much with these bad boys. Around xmas I first spotted "beef chuck riblets" at walmart for around $7 a pack. I'm usually skeptical on their meat but game them a go and they turned out pretty good. I saw a bunch on sale the other week and picked up 3 more packs (there's 2 chunks per pack) and threw them on today, half with hot dirty bird and half with the bbq rub. I let the fireboard 2 and pit viper fan do all the work but the results speak for themselves, got them on around 7:30 off around noon, cooked to perfection. not bad for about $29 worth of meat.
