Sat. smoke

All righty now, the check came in today. Paid off most of the bills and got me some meat. I found some of tem "Dino Bones" only 1.00lb. Top shelf 3 racks of Dino's ribs. Next shelf, about a 6lb chuck roast, next shelf, 2 fatty's and some sausage. I'll have to find a spot and squeeze in a few ABT's. And trust me plenty of Q-veiws. Come on Sat.

Now that I have finished Bubbas leftovers & thrown mine out I am ready to relearn how to smoke. Just gotta talk the war dept (wife) into it.

Sounds great Mike! If the wind blows south down I-95, I'll be smelling the smoke from down here in Delaware! I'll be firing up the smoker Sunday... ribs, ABT s and a fatty or two... kids and grandkids coming over for supper.
