Last year when i was back home (calif) visiting my mom and sis i picked up this rub.

Going to rub down the chicken with it.

By the way Nepas, are you going to change your name to Savannah?
 
Looking good so far. I bet that is going to be good on chicken.

I have used a couple of Santa Maria seasonings and for the most part I found them to be not much more than salt , pepper, onion and garlic powders.
 
Here is the SM chicken done. I was in the garage again.

Yeah happy with the flavor. Sorta like back in PA at the Lancaster county chicken BBQ.
