We have a sanitary scale meat grinder Style 201 with a Wagner Y66CZ Frame 3/4 HP motor
It has been in our family since it was brand new. We have always used it to process our own meats.
The portion that connects to the motor that turns the auger started making a noise similar to a bearing starting to go.
Opened the drain plugs and it is tar inside. Wanted to run soil degreaser in it to break some of this gunk free, but the liquid just pours out. I am guess it is the shaft seal in the inside. The auger section is stamped 4-3769.
Can't seem to find any parts or information on it. Do you guys have any recommendations on where to go?
