Hi, My name is Eric, I'm just getting in to smoking foods and its already how i spend most sundays. I have a masterbuilt gas smoker from sears and i'm doing my best to make it work (was a gift). I'm definetly a nerd when it comes to stuff like this so i'm interested in ALL the mods and tools i can get!
