Salt crusted steak?

I think it was last year, i saw a thread on here where someone did a salt crusted steak (basically dredged the steak in course salt) and gilled or smoked it. I was looking for it and cant seem to find it. It might have been lost the switch happend, i don't know.
If you know where I can find it, that would be awesome!

I have had a freind do it but I cann't what I call wasting the steak. If it comes out salty ( and I like salt on a steak) I will be a reall pissed puppy and also I don't like to feed mt dog a steak either.

Steve Raichlen has a beautiful recipe which I'm chomping at the bit to try. It's a salt crusted beef tenderloin wrapped in a cloth and grilled right on the embers that sounds wonderful. Check it out here.

I have done the salt crusting a couple of times and it turns out great. Its not nearly as salty as a person might think it would to be. Here is a link to the salt institute and a bunch of recipes.
