Salmon Jerky.....8/03/2014

    Yes, another day of Salmon Jerky production. Started out with an 8# chunk of King Salmon that our fishing buddy caught last week. Ended up with 2# of pure yumminess.

    In the brine for 3+ hours

    On the racks for 2+ hours
    [​IMG]

    Let the AMNTS stay lit for a good 10 minutes before they went into the chiefs.
