Sometimes I come across Rubs that I would like to try but don't have time to make or more commonly can't get the ingredients locally. That leaves me having to order large quantities of the ingredients without knowing whether I'm going to like it or not. So...
The Proposal: Lets limit this to 5 for the first go around. I have an ample amount of Apple Rub on hand which is suitable to Pork and Chicken per my taste buds (may be other products too but haven't tried). The recipe I'm using is posted in the Marinades and Rubs section. I'm most interested in other Pork and Chicken rubs that you have made not store bought. My thoughts are that we send each other 1 cup of rub for the other to try.
I don't want this to turn into a commercial type of post so selling of Rub or exchange of funds is not OK. Each party is responsible for their own shipping and I reserve the right to pick and choose who I swap rub with.
Mods if the above idea is not OK then feel free to delete it.
