Tonight I decided to go back to what's been good for me before! Thighs smoked in butter! Did them 2 ways one with only butter the other with butter and red hot. Rubbed them down with a homemade rub of roasted garlic, roasted onion powder, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, Ancho chili powder, white pepper, and Chipotle chili powder.

Cooking them in pan at 275 for about a hour and 45 minutes then removing them and placing them skin up for 45 minutes and basting with the butter ever 15 minutes.

Enjoy!

Hey nothing with butter could ever be bad right?! Lol

I've found my personal Nirvana with chicken thighs....they're self basted 400-600 degrees over a oak fire with sweet $ rub. Only down side is I'm limited with the amount i can do that way.

Doing larger quantities say on my UDS i'm up for a butter glaze!

I'm gonna shake some rub on them that has sugar in it. I'm telling you this is some of the best chicken I've done.

@themule69 I will be going up to 350 for the next ones and start at 250 in the pan.

Brussel sprouts w/ apple, 3 mins in the steamer pan in the microwave (both apple and sprouts), then skewer with apple chunks, coat with butter and smoke for approx. of 30 mins. to 1 hour. Sprinkle with some caraway seeds while steaming?

Looks good to me, those zuchuini look yummy!
