Looks great Steve, it has been a while since I made this, although we do the mustard and pickle version. I could eat few plates of yours.

I like to make a low carb spaetzle and brown it off with butter in a pan and then kick it up with red onions and smoked Gouda melted on top.....now i am hungry.

Never had it with smoked gouda on it. Sounds interesting. And darned tasty.
 
Man Steve, that looks good. I love this type of stuff and especially with the authentic spicy German gravy. That's what really sets is over the top for me. Nice job my friend.
