Hi, I would like to know if anyone has heard of a self contained, wind-up, rotisserie that can be used inside a smoker without slots through the hood. This would allow the smoking of, say, a turkey while it rotates...keeping in the juices,,,which works so fabulously well with propane back-burners.

I am a 64 yr old blacksmith in central Florida who loves to cook...everything. Steelhead trout is my favorite thing to smoke besides meat.

My smoker is an FE1000PC. Fast Eddy's. Best $300 I have ever spent in my 64 + years! A blind man good cook as well as I can on that thing and I'm not kidding.

If you are ADD you must have a pellet smoker because you haven't the patience to tend a 6 hour fire...period...or 3...

Welcome aboard!

I've never seen a rotisserie like that, but it sure sounds like a good idea!
