So the kids have been asking for Adobo rotisserie chicken with stuffing, liver, giblet, and neck gravy. With there favorite side salad which is tomato, cucumber, homemade dill pickles, and homemade garlic pickles, and onion . The salad is best with Ranch or Russian dressing. I always let the salad rest for a day and drain the water out of the bottom

Everything looks delicious. I wouldn't mind a hunk of that bird.

Point for sure
Chris

Yes counter top chopsaw. I traded a microwave 20 years ago for that. Chicken is the only thing I cook with it. I'am buying a rotisserie for my fire pit this year.

Thanks Al & Chris
