Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin

Joined May 30, 2019
Second time cooking this cut on the rotisserie.

No brine - just a wet rub of fresh garlic, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, Trader Joe Umami Powder, and paprika. Glazed at 135 with brown sugar and balsamic. Pulled at 145.

Weber Genesis with OneGrill rotisserie, at 400. Total cook time about 35 minutes. Delicious!

Nice Job!
The only Rotisserie I have is in my new Air Fryer, but I've been planning to try some things like this in it.
