Second time cooking this cut on the rotisserie.

No brine - just a wet rub of fresh garlic, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, Trader Joe Umami Powder, and paprika. Glazed at 135 with brown sugar and balsamic. Pulled at 145.

Weber Genesis with OneGrill rotisserie, at 400. Total cook time about 35 minutes. Delicious!
