Start with a dry rub
Next, get on the BGE (Big Haas) at @240 with royal oak and cherry wood
After that, Pull off the smoker after 2 hours and 10 minutes...
Then, Wrapped in foil with root beer only (plenty of sugar and acid)
Next, Sauce up the ribs with SBR- Hickory Brown sugar (wife's favorite)
Back on Big Haas to set up the sauce...
Finally, Finished product.
There was a pork butt I did for a friend on there as well (as you saw) but the ribs came out fantastic! Ate them for dinner last night and raved by everyone. thanks for looking and any likes or comments you choose to leave.
