Root beer baby backs!

First, I credit @TNJAKE for the inspiration of this smoke!

Start with a dry rub

Next, get on the BGE (Big Haas) at @240 with royal oak and cherry wood

After that, Pull off the smoker after 2 hours and 10 minutes...

Then, Wrapped in foil with root beer only (plenty of sugar and acid)

Next, Sauce up the ribs with SBR- Hickory Brown sugar (wife's favorite)

Back on Big Haas to set up the sauce...

Finally, Finished product.

There was a pork butt I did for a friend on there as well (as you saw) but the ribs came out fantastic! Ate them for dinner last night and raved by everyone. thanks for looking and any likes or comments you choose to leave.

Great looking meal! So many influencers here, its so hard to pick which one to go with on each cook, but Id definitely say that you cant loose with those Root Beer baby backs! Great work!

Looks tasty! I’ve got a friend that’s wife does a slow cooker pork roast with root beer. They love it.
