Well here goes, stumbled upon this site, love all the great post very helpful in getting started. Currently I am living in a camper in Gillette Wyoming. I work for BNSF. Just got started into the smoking world. Love it so far. My "rig" is a kettle grill. Nothing fancy at all but does the job for now.
