Hey everyone. My name is Eric from central Illinois. I just started this hobby last weekend. So to call myself a rookie is an understatement. I am cookin on a offset fire box cooker. I bought the cheapest one I could find to get me started, hope it doesn't affect my learning. Lookin forward to gettin to know u all and I will have plenty of questions.
