Just finished (enough to use anyway) my smoker build with ideas largely gathered from this site,so thanks for all the great ideas! Today is its maiden voyage with a pork shoulder and 2 chickens. Before the build I had a crappy electric smoker that I've done a hand full of rubs on but it finally took a crap. Going to be a learning experience today but this site has helped a ton. Glad to be here
