Hi All,

I just joined this forum this morning.  I am from Southern California in a small town of Ramona.  My husband and I have a Masterbuilt Electric smoker (MES) for a year and 1/2 now and we love it!  I am not much of a responder or blogger but really enjoy what others say about smoking.  I learn a lot from reading the responses.
