Rock Cod Nuggets

Going to be going on a couple Cod and Crab combo trips this next month so yesterday thought I'd smoke up some Rock Cod nuggets to share on the boat. Started out with 4.12#, ending up with 2.6#. Bringing half on this weekend's camping trip. The rest for the upcoming boat trips. Yes, I'll need to do a lot more to take care of a bunch of hungry fishing buddies.

Those really look good Craig. Did you use your usual brine of 4 to 1 brown sugar and salt??
