Roast Beef Sammies (As Promised)

Here they are, as promised on my “Sous Vide’d Eye Round" Post.

I started out with a Roast Beef, Cheese, & Tomato on a Roll with Horseradish Sauce.
Then I went to a “Hot Roast Beef Sammy” with lots of Mushroom Gravy, under, inside, and on top.
Then I had some leftover Roasted Red Taters, so I threw some shredded Mozzarella on them & melted it over the Taters.

I love the Eye Round Beef made by SV for my Hot Roast Beef with Gravy Sammies, but I’m not crazy about the texture of it for my “Deli Beef Sammies”.
So I’ll be doing the other two Eye Rounds in my Smoker for Medium Rare Thin-sliced Deli Beef. (Coming soon at your neighborhood SMF Forum!!!)

Thanks For Looking,

Bear

Scratch the schrooms off that gravy sammie and I'm all over it. I love beef and gravy sammies, and that looks good.

Point for sure.

I could go for that. You don't have to hide it this time I'm not in Pa this weekend.
Better enjoy them matters that season is almost over.

Thank You Chris!!
These Mushrooms don't thrill me---We used to pick wild ones when I was a Kid, and they were awesome, but my Dad never taught any of us which were good & which were bad, before he Died in '94.
We Kids picked them & he washed & separated them.

Bear,
Those are the types of memories that stick with children. I still remember playing racket ball against my dad. Except he didn't use a racket. He instead used his handball gloves. He skunked me in our first couple of matches and actually hurt my wrist in another. He taught me that it wasn't the equipment that made a person it was the drive and determination. It was a life lesson that I will never forget.
