Looks beautiful!! Got me wanting to go get a roast out of the freezer....but Tracy won't be home until late so it'd be a waste tonight. tomorrow though....now that's a totally different story :emoji_wink:

buying 4 and making pastrami. I want to learn to make it.
Henry here is a post I did a few weeks ago,I used brisket for this one to make the Corned Beef that is the first stage after curing,It is smoked with a pastrami rub.
