I wish I could find the netting that I used for several years that had bigger holes and gave a great pattern.  But now after about 30 minutes in 225° heat, they drop off the hook.  No longer high temp...

Search sausage maker for size 28 roll netting . Won't show up unless you search . 8 3/4 " working size .

Cranky , thx for the PM reply the other day . I let the bird soak 7 days and took it to 170 in the breast last Sunday .  Not alot of words to say how  crazy good this is . When the eatin started the talkin stopped !!  Great way to do chicken .  Thx bud .
