ro-tel brisket jalapeno cheese dip

watching some ball today and needed a snack,

whats in the fridge?  some leftover brisket, a jalapeno some cheese,  found a can of rotel in the cubbard  a bag of fritos, looks good

sometimes the best things are not planned    just thrown together
