Rick Bayless is my favorite chef. His show on PBS One Plate at a Time is really good. This was a very good episode. May have to scroll down. The video is very good then click on recipes tab to get recipes. Season 12 Ep 10 Crispy Carnitas. I just love all his Episodes.
