After some major trim on the junk ribs from wally, i got em rubbed with some CT and hanging in the bronco.

Great looking ribs! Nice work. I hear ya on the "junk ribs"...with prices where they are we are only buying whats on sale, but that sometimes also is a hit on the quality. TBO tho - the worst st louis ribs I ever bought were from a local butcher. Insane fat levels to the point my wife still will only eat baby backs.

Yeah they were tender for the rest of the family but i did not care for them. Kinda tough for me. Im staying with BBacks. No wonder they were on sale.
 
Used BnB oak charcoal (which i wont use anymore) and a few of the oak whiskey staves i got.
Whatcha don’t like about B&B coal ? Just curious.
 
Look perfect! Great job! I only like kingsford, but with prices where they are now, I’ve started going for the cheapest I find…..unless it’s an important cook.
