Made some ribs tonight 1st set of ribs had killer hogs bbq season for base layer the topped other off with some honey rub 2nd set had plowboys yardbird rub as a base then topped with sucklebusters honey rub ran smoker at 275 degrees for 2 hours had great bark and color the wrapped them and checked them after 1 hr had to leave on for another 20 mons pulled off at IT of 206 degrees great bite through all around a great rib even was able to have the rib clap at me lol View attachment 475988
