Hey guys did some ribs today. Spareribs cut st.louis style. Sorry only had time for a few pics today so here they are.

Going in the foil with some apple juice.

These tasted great. Rubbed down with old bay and some brown sugar. Sprayed with vinegar and apple juice once a hour.

Nice color on the ribs.... Looks like they had a little pull..... Just the way I like them...
