So I pulled my ribs off to foil wrap at the 2hr point, no foil! So I used paper instead. Should I finish them in the paper for the glaze or go borrow some foil from the neighbors?

Hopefully not the sports section LOL. If I wrap ribs I pull them out of the wrap to glaze, and then they go directly on the grates. It helps set the glaze.

Finish in the paper is what I would do. What kind of ribs you smoking up?
That’s what I did in paper. Little messy but they came out great. The wifey said it was the best that I had cooked in the last year. I did them Korean BBQ Style spare ribs, trying to make them “sticky ribs” the way she likes them from the Asain place down the street. I garnished with cashews and scallion greens that I had seen on-line.
