Only one pic, well maybe 2, but it was a cherry themed smoke...
Smoked some pork back ribs with cherry wood, seasoned with Kinder's Black Cherry Chipotle rub, and sauced with Tuffy Stone's Cherry BBQ Sauce...

The BBQ sauce really is good, give it a try.
No other pics, but for those interested, membrane left on and no wrap...

WOW Charles those look great and I could make a plate full disappear!
Thanks for reposting the sauce recipe and I've got to try it.
Any noticeable difference with the membrane intact?

Keith

We do eat with our eyes, and both of those racks are in me belly! Those look delicious!

I love that Tuffy Stone sauce. We would make it often if we did not have a lot of store bought sauces in the fridge.

I also love cherry on baby backs.

Looks excellent.

Really nice work on those ribs Charles. I’d be all over those, or out the back door with them.

They look quite tasty. Is that your first time with the black cherry Kinders? Looked at that a few days ago, didn't pull the trigger, wondering your thoughts ?

Thanks Keith. I think the ribs are a little more moist with the membrane left on unwrapped...

I've used it quite a few times and really like it. It has become my goto for pork and especially ribs...

They look great Charles! Might have to look into that rub!

Ryan

Those two pics were enough to win me over. Beautiful ribs Charles.

Point for sure
Chris

A problem with making that sauce, at least in this household of just me and Mrs Okie, is Tuffy says its only good a couple weeks.

Very nice looking ribs and I'm a HUGE cherry fan!
We like cherry, too. Use it quite often on chicken, as well. Thanks for the compliment...
