Hey all, had a chance to fire up the smoker yesterday... Was a busy day (was doing an Umai project as well) so not a lot of pics, but here's what we ended up with!

Smoked these at 265* on the GMG with comp blend pellets...

Beef chuck short ribs & beef back ribs! These were braised for bout an hour between the four & five hr mark. Then put back on til probe tender... These took roughly 6 hrs!

Also tossed on some babybacks, no foil on these... These took bout 5 hrs.

Had these with a cucumber salad, thanks for lookin all!

Heck yeah, those look downright heavenly.
I'm like a bloated tick on a hound dog right now, but I could gnaw on a Chuck short rib.

Thanks John for the nice words & like! All ribs are good for the most part, but... Ya know, I don't know what it is bout a chuck short rib... But they just never disappoint!

Thanks Bear, appreciate it & the like. Lately these beef chuck short ribs have been my go to when I can get em!
 
Those beef ribs look downright delicious Justin.
