You know if smokers could talk that one would be screaming out in happiness! That is a great picture!

Oh don't ya know they do talk and damm the meat is good. Nothing like a smoker loaded and a good TEXAS STINER BOCK while ya are waiting ! HEAVEN ain't it.?

Shiner is great, I still like the ol' Lonestars, washtub fulla ice, BUT I'd still have a shiner with ya. I always hear that lonestars are water, but they go down too smooth.

Maybe set up next to some cold clear running water too. No bugs out right now, reptiles still sleeping. Yep its a nice time of the year.

But mostly its not 100+ on the outdoor thermometer yet!
