Last night I rubbed 2 racks down with some mustard and Apple juice. Then I put my rub on them and back into the frig for today. Will be smoking them shortly. Just thought I would share some pics. I like to cut them into 3 or 4 bone sections before smoking.

We do a family dinner every Saturday, so the wife wanted ribs AND chicken wings. So I get to smoke some ribs and also grill some wings that she marinated over night. I will post some pics of the wings later when I throw them on the grill. She is worse than me.... whenever I ask her what she put into a seasoning she never can give me a full answer.... little of this and little of that.
